Mr. Aharon Diveroli has more than five years of energy investment experience with a primary focus on the Williston Basin of North Dakota and the Powder River Basin of Wyoming. In addition to co-founding Strongheart Energy Management LLC, Mr. Diveroli serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Strongheart, he was the Chief Underwriter and Analyst for VD Acquisitions LLC, a family office where he led the evaluation of diverse investments between 2022 and 2024, with a concentration on oil and gas assets.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Diveroli worked in the Middle-East where he focused on the protection of offshore gas infrastructure and addressed security challenges related to the production and distribution of natural gas to regional buyers. At Strongheart, alongside Chief Operating Officer Frank Stagg and Chief Financial Officer Maha Akram, Mr. Diveroli has overseen the firm’s first fund, launched in 2024, which returned 31.43% to investors within just nine months of distributions. Over his career, he has underwritten Oil and Gas deals valued at more than $350 million, and has directly overseen Strongheart’s executed transactions, which have exceeded $13 million in the past 12 months.

Mr. Frank Stagg brings more than five years of business development and energy investment experience with a focus on U.S. upstream oil and gas, particularly in the Williston Basin, the Powder River Basin, and the Permian Basin. As Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Strongheart Energy Management LLC, Mr. Stagg oversees operational execution across all company functions, including asset evaluation, investor relations, deal sourcing, and strategic partnerships. Prior to Strongheart, Mr. Stagg spent several years in high-level business development roles, where he built and managed relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, operators, and mineral owners—directly contributing to significant deal flow and capital engagement.

Mr. Stagg played a key role in Strongheart’s first fund, launched in 2024, working alongside Chief Executive Officer Aharon Diveroli and the leadership team to help deliver a 31.43% return to investors within the first nine months of distributions. His responsibilities at Strongheart include evaluating wellbore-only working interest opportunities, PDP acquisitions, and leasehold positions, while ensuring seamless operational efficiency and disciplined due diligence processes. Over his career, Mr. Stagg has been involved in the review, negotiation, and development of oil and gas transactions exceeding $150 million in aggregate value, and has contributed to Strongheart’s executed deals, which have surpassed $13 million in the past 12 months. His expertise in relationship-building, investor engagement, and operational oversight continues to support the firm’s ongoing growth and reputation for excellence in the U.S. energy sector.

Maha Akram serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Strongheart Energy Management LLC, where she leads the firm’s enterprise-level financial architecture, long-range capital strategy, and comprehensive risk governance across all U.S. upstream oil and gas assets. In this capacity, she develops and executes financial frameworks that guide the firm’s investment posture in the Williston, Powder River, and Permian Basins—three of the most active and economically significant hydrocarbon basins in the country.

Ms. Akram oversees all corporate finance functions, including financial reporting, treasury operations, cash-flow planning, investor capital administration, and audit coordination. She manages capital allocation across drilling, development, and acquisition programs, ensuring disciplined deployment aligned with return targets and portfolio risk thresholds. Her purview also includes institutional investor relations, where she maintains rigorous transparency standards and provides ongoing performance, distribution, and reserve-based financial analysis.

Before joining Strongheart, Ms. Akram held senior finance and corporate strategy positions within the energy sector, specializing in upstream asset valuation, reserve economics, and capital stack optimization. Her prior work included structuring multi-entity investment vehicles, evaluating distressed and growth-stage E&P assets, and advising on financial strategy for private equity–backed energy ventures.

Her leadership was pivotal during the capital formation and financial structuring of Strongheart’s inaugural fund, which delivered a 31.43% investor return within its first nine months of distributions, validating the firm’s underwriting and operational strategy. Over the course of her career, Ms. Akram has overseen and executed complex financing, acquisition, and capital restructuring transactions totaling more than $150 million in aggregate value. These accomplishments highlight her central role in strengthening Strongheart’s financial resilience, growth trajectory, and long-term value creation for its partners.
